Istanbul, Turkey Date 5th March 2019: Leading telecom operator Türk Telekom International and Frankfurt-based Internet Exchange operator DE-CIX launched an important collaboration announcing Türk Telekom International as an authorized reseller of DE-CIX Istanbul products and services and joined the DE-CIX Istanbul platform for Internet Exchange services.
Operating under the umbrella of Türk Telekom as its international business unit across Central and Southern Europe, Turkey, Caucasus, Middle East and Asia; Türk Telekom International expands its collaboration in Turkey with DE-CIX Istanbul with the global Internet Exchange services. Offering a vast range of services including wholesale as well as telecommunication service offerings to alternative carriers, mobile operators, cable TV companies, Internet service providers and corporate customers such as Internet/data services, infrastructure and voice services, Türk Telekom International will now entrust DE-CIX Istanbul with the quality and safety of its Internet traffic in Turkey.
Active in the Turkish market and currently operating within 5 data centers and more than 20 connected networks, DE-CIX Istanbul will become the Internet Exchange Point of Türk Telekom International in Turkey with its services, particularly in Internet Exchange and Cloud services.
